I would start nutritionmaxxing as a kid and hit the gym frequently, spend less hours sitting watching the TV or playing vydiah to NTmaxx and practice a lot, a whole damn lot of football so I can become talented some day (for reference I started being a goalkeeper at 15 and was on the same level as niggas who were prepping to become pros, just imagine if I had trained as hard as a kid).
