Personally, I'd make myself a pretty boy anime catboy with a (non-literal) mommy gf. I'd make a world where there is no hypergamy and everyone is asexual. People are created in labs rather than through sexual reproduction. People are instinctively monogamous. Death does not exist and everyone looks like they are 18-25 forever. Food is not required to live but is eatan socially and for pleasure, and has no adverse effects on your health. Only my gf knows that I'm actually the creator of the universe but I'm super popular with everyone.

Probably something similar to this in my case. Except not everyone is asexual, rather sex is a choice, but hypergamy still nonexistant (in my world, everyone would be pretty/attractive, so hypergamy wouldn't really be an issue).

Everyone is 21 years of age (old enough to drink in just about every country except for where it's banned altogether)

Also instead of a mommy gf I'd want a cute goth/lolita girl with a Scottish accent.

ALTERNATIVELY, I would turn Fate/Grand Order into reality and have a harem of cute girls from there. Though if I were to be monogamous with one girl from FGO it would be Shuten-Douji without a doubt.

I was laughing at that too, but it's pretty low hanging fruit, tbh. I wouldn't want to remove sex, there's no real benefit to removing it in a literal utopia that you can control.
