I guess it depends on the type of Jew. I would draw the line at getting my dick chopped, but the Reform branch of Judaism does not have that as a requirement.
It would also depend on being a practicing vs. nonpracticing Jew. Just like with any other religion, there are a lot of people that are of Jewish-descent or were raised Jewish, but never adopted the religion themselves.
In all honesty, life as an average, everyday guy of Jewish origin in most of the developed world would not be that much different than anyone else. You certainly would not be part of the cabal of a handful ultra-rich financiers or wealthy families that run the show.
