if he didn't commit any crimes, you just lied about him committing crimes because your bait is not actually underage

If you killed someone then told someone who was planning on killing that they're a murderer; then you're stupid. They might be guilty of incitement but if they weren't completely direct, then they're innocent, they're certainly not guilty of murder.


So even if someone writes to let's say your "bait" you use for catching predators and she's 16. Is he the one committing any crimes or exploiting her by simply talking to her when she lied about her age anyway or are you actually the one exploiting him and the 16 year old for views on your pred catching video? Cause for me any 16 year old being used for that is being exploited. and by the way if she's not 16 he's not actually a predator (objectively).
