Let’s say you ascend but the girl ghosts you afterwards (which let’s be honest is what would happen if any of us ascend). Would you feel better about your situation or even worse? i'd be glad and after like a week i'd start feeling neutral about it, as if it never happened. it's like eating a very expensive dish that i probably won't eat for a while afterwards, glad i ate it but i wouldn't give a fuck after a day or two.
