The social hierarchy is establishing as soon as kids are no longer paired up with each other by the parents. Looks, social skills/inhibition and material status comes into play. As you move up in age your place in the hierarchy becomes more and more cemented and the amount of experience you are expected to have increases. It is very much compareable to the career (though ages are somewhat different). No employer bats an eye if a 18y/o has a blank resume, they feel comfortable hiring them and giving them a chance to climb the ladder.
The late bloomer though. When he tries to catch up he is like some 30 y/o schmuck with a 10 year hole in his resume showing up at a work interview. He will be thrown in the trash immediately.
It's a catch-22 thing. Normies will never give you a chance to gain social experience if you do not have social experience to begin with. Females will never give you pussy if you never had pussy before. To these people you are a subhuman nuisance, because your resume tells them that in bold letters.
