if I had an imouto who seemed so genuinely chipper about speaking a sentence to me I probably wouldn't care if she opened my door without knocking first TBH
I realize there's always the chance they're just LARPing being a good sis and actually don't like us and just pretend to...
but tbh the possibility probably wouldn't matter because I'd want to believe so hard
I feel like some of us are just considered so worthless that there's not even anything to gain from fooling us that we're loved
Actually it makes me wonder: does accomplishing little with your life (no money to lend, no skills to aid) work like some kind of test, like if we'd still get treated well purely for it's own sake?
It's like a way of testing if you're loved inherently.
But inherent unconditional love can't really be special because then everyone would be loved equally.
So we want to be loved for ourselves, but maybe not for material resources we can give out... maybe instead just be loved for appreciation of our interests and opinions, to be a friend and mentor to our imouto.
I wish making an imouto tulpa was easy
