Yes if only because I’d have no choice in such a government approved and enacted scenario but my own personal code of conduct would have me defending myself to the utmost of which I was capable at the time as well my mission would not be to purge any fellow citizens if unnecessary ie if my life was judged to be not at risk from them.

Rather what I would do is instead look for any Jews or politicians that enabled this horror to begin with as my now perfectly “legal” targets of opportunity.
