Yeah, by most accounts and data it's not really bad or anything, but it's famously indebted and with constant financial crises there, plus Chile and Uruguay are usually ranked above it, so I just mentioned those two, but obviously Argentina still seems to be a decent place to live, especially in worldwide context.
