Just figured I’d mention this because a lot of people are constantly asking why we’re still here if we only live in constant misery.

“why not just jump off a building?”

Then when you actually consider trying one of X amount of methods, so many people are going to tell you how painful it will be if you failed to succeed, or how slow that death could be if done wrong, and that’s discouraging because you don’t wanna be the guy who attempts and survives or suffers an extremely slow end. Even if your chance of survival is incredibly low, it’s still a possibility. And you have no way of confirming that you actually died because you’ll simply be dead. But on the other hand if you survive, you’re gonna wake up and know about it, or depending on what you did, you might be too fucked up to even count to 10 anymore.

This is the catch-22 situation that normies and probably the vast majority of people who are not enlightened on the blackpill will espouse. All in all, you are right, if ropemaxxing was as easy as going to sleep and never waking up again a significant portion if not the vast majority of most people in our generation would do exactly that. We’re stuck in the worst possible place: deep down we don’t want to die as we still have a slight hope that we can actually do something with our lives, but since we’re blackpilled we don’t see the point in existing and lack the will to change, if that’s even possible considering how fucked up most of us are (trauma, unattractive features, mental disorders etc.).

Probably yeah, a big part as to why some people take years to plan suicides/ropings is because they don't have means which are easy & accessible that won't leave room for it being very painful or for the risk of surviving & being off worse

This is why for some people it can take literally years for them to plan out their suicide and also find someway for their nervous system to "make peace" with the fact they actually, deep down do want to die

But OP has a point, accessibility is a big factor- if it werent for guns being restricted l in Europe the rates of suicide would be higher
