according to a lot of people who believe in reincarnation, if you’re evil in one life then you suffer the consequences in the next. suicide is something which is meant to demote you to a much worser being. even if this wasn’t entirely true and i theoretically had the same chance of reincarnating as chad the same amount as something like an ant, I’d still avoid suicide. there’s always been a part of me that fears the unknown eternity of whatever comes after death.
