If one received court ordered counseling in Canada is it valid if I outsource it to another country?

Honestly councilors are insufferable faggots and dumb roasties kind of wish to outsource simply to avoid interactions with the worst of them (western ones). Legal advice cannot be any worse here than from the incompetent retard of a lawyer I had whom failed to even so much as appear to several court dates.

Also lets be honest if I mention outsourcing it to somewhere based considering how faggy a lot of people in the legal field are they are going to likely be less than helpful.

If say for example a judge said they want an anger management course is it just as valid if completed in another country since odds are it will be done via zoom anyway. There's also the lower wages and ability to use time zones to my favor.
