yea it might be also because of your super top1% genetics. Id say balding is 70% genetics and 30% environment

I was a daily fapper, every other day and I started balding around 24/25 - I didn't supplement with vitamins though till recently / Zinc, biotin, also tried a hair recovery type pill by Bell #77 which did seem to stop my balding somewhat.

I think those guys who bald around 18/19 probably go at it 3 times a day.

Balding is genetic. I’ve been fapping like a madman since I was 13 but I’m not balding. No males in my family have had problems with balding as far as I can tell.

At least that’s one thing for me to be somewhat pleased about.

If your hair is sensitive to DHT(I think) then you might lose it if nofap increases test. Chad can have high test and full head of hair because he is immune to that side effect, that is associated with testosterone, that causes hair loss.

It doesn't, and even if it did you'd never be able to naturally raise your T levels high enough to speed up genetic baldness.
