Think about it for a second. When men are younger (18 to early 20's) they are not in their prime. They retain childlike physical features, do not have high paying jobs and do not have sexual experience. On the other hand, a woman in her 30's is going out of her prime, is hitting the wall, has too much baggage and can no longer get chad. Older women and younger men are the perfect match.
An older woman has sexual experience that a younger man does not have, she can tell him what she wants in bed and train him sexually, similarly a younger man has a sense of youth and can make the older women feel younger.
Despite this, most older women refuse to date younger men unless they are chads. Younger men will gladly date an older woman as most young men are horny and will date any woman. Older women on the other hand will only date men their own age and older because of societal expectations and their belief that younger men are immature.
Basically what I am saying is: women could cure the inceldom problem if they were simply open to dating younger men but they never will until society is more accepting of age gaps in relationships.
