In that opposite reality, things would work like:
-Women's ovaries have to work extremely hard during a narrow period of their life (11 to 16) to make estrogen, otherwise they'll look masculine for the rest of their lives. With no estrogen, you literally turn into man. Testosterone does very little for sexual dimorphism.
-There's "xenoandrogens" in plastics and food additives everywhere. Literally unavoidable. Women have been losing estrogen for generations, yet are still shamed for not being "woman" enough like their mothers
-EMF radiation, stress, and low sleep also destroy estrogen and increase testosterone. Women have to lead unnaturally perfect lives or take Estrogen Replacement Therapy.
-Men are born with 9 inch dicks, but length goes down slightly after each sexual intercourse
-Women have a special "XT" chromosomes that can be mutated, producing female-only genetic disorders
-Men have "XXYY" chromosomes, so even if we inherit a bad chromosome from old parents, we have a backup copy, so mutations for men are extremely uncommon, but we carry a lot of mutations and give them to our daughters
-Everyone sits and walks with their arms and hands, so upper body (masculine) is being worked all the time, women have to go to the gym constantly to work their lower body to look more feminine. Men don't have to do anything.
-Men are told from a young age that looks are extremely important, women have to figure it out the hard way
-Women have to better their appearance; then they have to target, psychologically profile, befriend, ask out, date, and provide for a man before they will be "entitled" to sex & romantic companionship & marriage & children. All men have to do is say "yes" literally one time.
