These Asian systems are tough but not valuable. They don't foster critical thinking, problem solving, or creativity. Otherwise, why do we find 90% of college grads unemployable in India? Its because these grads have no skills.
True, all you get is a degree with 0 workplace experience so you often have to look elsewhere like the West for a job.
