On top of all my defects, I've recently become more aware of my tiny wrists and laughably narrow shoulders. Weird combo when you add the huge belly and fat ass in the mix.

Can the gym fix that?
 
Only if you use steroids in high doses for a long period of time.
 
Wrists i don't think so, but with shoulders you can train them a bit to make them a bit broader and bigger....But in the end it's genetics bro:feelscry:, skinnyfat is something that sucks....

Sure man, just make sure to shower at least once every 5 hours or so (including in the middle of the night). Haircuts twice a day.

Hair loss isn't a problem, I'm already nearly bald (bald spot in the back of the head + very receding hairline.

But I can't do steroids, those are expensive and I'm very careful with money, also I make basically no money.
 
Shoulders yes, but you'll be limited by your genetics and it's not going to make a very noticeable difference in clothes unless you roidmax.

Regular training won't do miracles i am sorry, at least you need suplements to get decent results, those so called ''natural'' guys you see are lying the have superior genetics (most of them) train like hell every day and use roids or expensive suplements. But try to hit the gym at least you will see some results.
 
I just pack on a 45 lbs weight vest and crank out dips, pull ups, and chin ups. I'm naturally really skinny and my wrists have only gotten really veiny, but I've seen a massive improvement in my shoulders and back.
 
I do train since 6 months and my shoulders did became wider. Patience and discipline is all what it takes.
 
Every person is different, you would have to study your case
Some people go to the gym and it is no problem to grow others just don't properly because of genetics, I know someone who was almost a framecel, guy looked 16 while being 21, very small wrists and small shoulders, after going to the gym he improved dramatically in a way that i didn't know it was possible at all, we started gym together and we worked out the same hours

I just didn't for because of my shitty genetics
So yeah, each case is different
 
Work your forearms. Wrist curls and reverse barbell it'll build muscle thickness and size to the wrist and forearms giving the illusion that your wrist are "bigger" and focus on side deltoids for the size on the shoulders to again give the illusion of wider shoulders

Back when I was in school, I think I was 17 at the time, I went to the gym for like 4 months, 3 days a week. No results whatsoever. Nothing at all, literally zero.
