Experiment If I purposefully broke my jaw would I be able to finally surgerymaxx?

I have a overbite and my jaw is recessed so lets say that in (subway surfers) I jumped off a building and landed on my jaw or broke my jaw somehow so that doctors will be forced to give me a normal jaw, genuinely interested because I can't afford it and my family would rather send me to a mental hospital or call the police on me then pay for it (unless my jaw was broken) of course all of this in pixel gun 3d. I feel like it might actually work so is this cope or is this the true path to salvation?
