I am getting a surgery november

it costs 6000-7000$ including hotel and travel cost for Netherlands.

I could do it cheaper in Turkey but I don't trust Arabs, they will Allahu Akbar me for sure.

Depends how ugly you're, if you're at least 4 or 5 out of 10 then yes surgery may help you improve your looks, but if you're at the bottom of attractiveness scale what's the point.
