If I'm subhuman, why do I still have so much ego?
If I have nothing to be proud of I shouldn't be so full of ego, have social anxiety and any feelings of shame.

Shame is a feeling that human beings have to feel martyred when bothering society, it is a feeling of socialization, but society rejects me, so why do I feel it?

I should get rid of all these chains and I shouldn't care about anything anymore if it's over

You should have pride

We are more than our looks. It's society that thinks otherwise.

You can't unshackle yourself, because by definition you are shackled. You can't change yourself. Foids go on and on about how they don't have le hecking control over xir own bodies because they can't do a hecking abortionerinoo, but the truth is that nobody has control over their own bodies, least of all their brain, the most important part of your body. You can't choose to talk more. You can't choose to be quiet. You can't choose to just have more discipline. You can't choose to not be scared, or not feel pain, or be enraged. You just have to be feeling pain, or be feeling scared, or be feeling enraged. Society, the outside world, owns you fully. It gets to decide what you do and do not do, and it even gets to decide what you want to do. This is it. This is life.

There is no choice and there is no self

I am exactly like you, I've tried ranting about it but people don't understand me because I can't explain things well (I have aphasia from a suicide attempt), I can't offer any information but just want to say this is very relatable for me

Most likely because you still have some hope in the back of your mind. Its very hard to give up hope.

It's so stupid though. The reason we feel shame is (afaik) because it helps us prevent social exclusion. It is counter intuitive when you are already in social exclusion, because it is too extreme, and prevents you from doing things to get yourself to a better place.
