Not doing a PhD means giving up $50,000 of money and "wasting my whole potential" but I'm already burnt out from all this

PhD
Pros: more money
Cons: might stres myself out and drop out and all that for waste, might get overqualified

MS:
Pros: decent money+ less stress

Cons: not much as a PhD

I dunno man if you're really motivated and you have good grades to get a fully funded PhD in a good university yeah go for it. In my case I would never do it because I can't imagine myself reading journal articles and books and writing a thesis for another next 4 years. Once I finish my master's I'm saying bye bye to education kek.
