There would still be enough white genes to recreate white men. If planned correctly they'd have essentially 99% white men again within 4 or 5 generations. But women are bad at planning so they'd probably just get knocked up by Tyrones untill all white people are gone.
What do you mean by "white"? Everyone with light skin? Caucasians? Slavs? Arabs? Jews?
If you just "disappear" all lightskinned men, China would almost immediately become the largest world power since the entire west would immediately collapse. Europe might have parts of a few countries remaining depending on how light or dark the skin threshold is (southern germans for example have tanned skin), but for the most part everything would just fall apart.
Most likely they would immediately start a genocide on everyone else.
So really, the answer to your question would basically be that white women would cower and grovel before their new overlords, assuming they even survive up to that point.
