1. How would you pair younger foids with older incels or there would be some rules about that?

1. There could be some reasonable criteria in place to make sure fatties and fugs of the female species cannot obtain employment in this sector. Obviously we’d have to find some lawyer far cleverer than I to draw up reasons that would understandably justify their exclusion to prevent feminists/misandrists from immediately ruining the program for us all before it even starts.
The fatties justification wouldn’t be very hard to make though as you could reason that their exclusion is necessary because an incel deserves a healthy mate who can support them in life both emotionally and physically and a fatty simply cannot do that and may even cause the incel who has already suffered most of his life extreme emotional heartache would he become attached to her and her condition cause her to drop dead on him prematurely right when they’d Just began getting used to eachother and living a good life together.
Anyway the fugglies ie fucking ugly chicks excuse for preventing their employment would take far more finesse.
Now to your main question…
After the above two issues are resolved and that crisis is averted perhaps the age criteria necessary for a female to seek employment of this type would be from either the 18-25 range or 18-30 range.
If we make it so “active” smokers, alcoholics and drug addicts are ineligible for this employment we might ensure to keep more uggos or wrinkled and busted bitches out and aquire a reasonably youthful looking mate that most of us would be satisfied with.
Likely demand for 18 and as young as possible girls would be so ridiculously high as to be untenable to provide every last incel with such so the program would likely have to or at least best function using a lottery system that assigned you this or that girl who passed the various requirements to obtain this employment.
I can’t imagine most brocels feeling too cheated if the eligible age ranges were strictly in the 18-25 margin.
2. At one time titty implants were a new thing and I watched a hilarious and heartbreaking HBO (I think it was?) made for TV movie about this a long time ago. Anyway the doctor or doctors that came up with the idea obviously didn’t start off as marketing geniuses so they would stupidly go up to random women and ask them if they’d like bigger breasts or some such which ended badly for them but hilariously for the viewers as I’m sure everyone else was laughing like I was as they got smacked across the face by the women who wrongly but understandably for the time simply thought the doctor/s was a pervert.
Then eventually a friend of the doctor/s if not one of the doctors themselves came up with the novel idea to use newspaper ads to advertise their novel idea and procedure and not before long they had tons of women coming to them for breast enlargement surgery and were making money hand over fist.
The heartbreaking part comes in later when some girls/women came in to the doctors office in a combination of pissed off, horrified and depressed when their implants had leaked or exploded and ended up badly deforming much of the front of their bodies.
This was of course because in the beginning they had used some kind of nasty probably toxic chemical as the titty filler and when it leaked out it understandably fucked the women’s bodies up and may have even killed many of them via weird cancers.
Anyway I think but don’t remember for sure that some if not most of the women were able to sue the shit out of the doctors but the doctors still remained ludicrously wealthy even after losing a ton of money because women still wanted the procedure in droves and especially so as after the big sueing case/s or during the doctors moved on to using a harmless saline solution as the titty filler.
Anyone that knows anything about saline knows that it’s just very well mixed salt water and is exactly what the medical staff will pump into your own body via IV if you ever are hospitalized for an infection or dehydration or probably even just plain ol surgery as they can’t put pure water into your veins as I believe I’ve heard it said that this would make our red blood cells explode.
Something about saline solution makes it more like the consistency of our blood and so allows us to intake water safely when pumped into us this way.
That said I digress.
What’s great about saline as a titty solution is that if a woman’s implant breaks her body will absorb the saline solution with no negative or ill effects.
So the point of my telling you the above story?
The point is the women who would gravitate to this kind of job would for whatever reason be interested in it and helping out lonely men and they might even be pragmatic about it in their judgement and look around at the world and see that most other sex work or work of this type is already saturated to the moon with such high quality competition they’ll never make any serious money now trying to compete with ever hotter and younger girls on onlyfans or trying to obtain a Tinder sugar daddy.
I’m thinking they’d see this for what it is ie the next potentially big thing in sex work and a stable paycheck that provides a living wage and numerous health care benefits to sweeten the pot.
Infact I can’t see, much less fathom, large numbers of women not being interested in this line of work seeing as how shitty the economy is now under sleepy Joe not to forget the aforementioned fierce competition they would face in the already similar fields of work.
Shit if my idea was implemented now and the female applicants met the criteria and got the congratulatory letter in the mail or email telling them that they’ve been hired, most of them would probably consider it a triumph akin to getting the golden ticket from ol Willy Wonka himself!
3. As long as it’s completely voluntary and not forced it’s fair game under my idea and I’m sure the smarter girl’s interested in this line of work would already be looking to up their game in regards to home making. Yeah though probably the key to making this whole thing work is providing the girls just enough cash and additional perks and government gibs to make them feel it’s worth their while to do this.
I think real life ex mobster Michael Franzeze and mobster character actor Chaz Palmonteri (A Bronx Tale) both said the same thing during their lives in the movie or YouTube channel in the way you run a successful crew for the long term is you give them just enough cash where they’re being well paid and compensated for their efforts/work but not paid too well where they won’t need you any longer or paid too little where they may come to resent and eventually hate you.
So that mobster way of doing business I think would be what would be required to make such a program financially viable so that it never ended up bankrupt from broads making too huge of demands for this type of employment, thus ruining it for all incels in the process.
Lastly we’d probably be best off by excluding both incels and females alike that have ever been to jail or prison for violent and or sex related crimes.
