Incels aren't sexless because they're misogynists, they're misogynists because they're sexless. People who tell virgin men that taking a shower, treating women like human beings and being a decent person is enough to finally get laid are simply demonstrating their privilege, they are demonstrating sex is so ridiculously easy for them, that they just need to be a decent member of society and sex will be automatic, and then they judge virgin men from that position of privilege.
If a rejected incel improves his personality but his looks stay the same, he won't become attractive to women, he will simply become a sexless man with a good personality, that's it. If you develop a decent personality and you treat women like people, your sexlessness won't change, you won't meet women's crazy standards unless you become good looking, muscular and masculine. If you already have a decent personality, good hygiene, friends of both sexes and you treat women as people, but you're still being constantly rejected by women, then it's fair to say your looks are the problem, women care too much about looks.

I'm 22yo, I live in Latin America, I have excellent hygiene, I dress well, I used to have female friends who liked my personality when I was in college, I have never rejected a woman interested in me, because no woman has ever been interested in me, I don't know what rejecting someone feels like, no girl wants me and it's because of my looks. I would lose my virginity this weekend if I could, I have a high sex drive, the only thing that stops me from having sex is women's rejection.
