Idk, Morality to some lvl is universal. Even old non European texts forbade the mistreatment and encouraged to treat foreigners well. I think the biggest problem that no country except singapore/denmark acknowledges is segregation. Non segregated youth function quite well and they will assimilate completely. I think foreign cultures should be banned (especially islam) and iq tests should be mandatory for immigration.
