Unrestricted natural procreation is heavily flawed, our very existence is proof of this. As much as people don't want to admit it, sexual/romantic relationships are the most sought after resource on Earth to young hormone filled guys. If that guy just so happens to be born with genetics that produce a short height and a ugly face, he will most likely never fulfill happiness in a society that despises his existence.

In my perfect world, everyone is born artificially and sterilized immediately after puberty. All girls look the same, and all guys look the same. Guys and girls will obviously look different, with guys being taller and stronger. However, everyone has the same eye color, skin color, and hair color. Everyone is born with attractive genes. This way, men and women will actually need to develop themselves if they want to have a relationship. Jobs, human decency, and kindness will actually mean something. There won't be any chads to hog all the women, since the very concept of a chad no longer exists.

Sterilization can't work out well. That would only create a society of even more servile cucks to the system. Disregard that concept entirely.

Even if all men became conventionally attractive, women would still want to pair bond with the tallest, strongest, and most aesthetic guys possible (sterilization or not). In this time period, it's the 6'0+, athletic, and handsome men that hog up the women. In the next generation, it's going to be the 7'0+, robust, god-tier face men getting all the action. Humanity will always be greedy and competitive.
