Ideal school system would be...

Maximally segregated. As in segregating by race, gender, grades, motivation, height, ugliness, age, wealth, mindset and so on. It gets more streamlined. Those of low morals and IQ try to hold the rest back and attack them while incels shouldn't have to be around Chads or foids all day. Female teachers would not want a class of males who are all smarter and more disciplined than her; they want to appear to be the best person in the room and be able to send Chad bullies at any nerd who corrects her.
