Venting I would rather lose the desire for a gf than to get a gf (maybe)

I feel like if I had a gf I would be obsessed with her and she would walk all over me, but I'd be too scared to leave her. In fact, I am so emotional I think that I would probably kill myself over a girl. But I still can't get rid of my desire for love
