I wonder if it's cancer

Got really swollen lymph nodes in the neck and under the chin, they hard af and I'm feeling unusually tired. This is all going for maybe 3-4 months.
On the internet it says it's either an infection or cancer, but I doubt an infection can last that much time, also no cuts or eating questionable stuff.
I'm not gonna visit any doctor, maybe life is giving me a way out that isn't making anyone feel guilty.

I have a swollen lymph node since 2013, it has gradually reduced its size, but it´s still there, I got it checked and they told me it happened because of my massive acne, now I don´t have acne anymore but it´s still there.

cancer is growing exponentially. if it doesn't get larger faster it's not cancer.

They are getting larger but it's not a fast process at all for me. Disappointing if that's the case, more suffering for nothing.
