He's the shopkeeper of my local store. These little kids stole his cap and were running away with it, throwing it to each other as he chased them down, it looked like a scene from a movie JFL. I could've recorded it but I couldn't do him like that, he's always kind to me. He isn't bald or balding so I don't get why he always wears a cap.
