If males were the hypergamous ones, we would be better looking - as only the more attractive females would be reproducing. So therefore more attractive offspring.
In nature, men prefer quantity, whilst women prefer quality. Men are also naturally more sexually aroused more often. So when these women start taking advantage of this and get BOTH quantity and quality, they mess everything up and we all start looking uglier.
This makes sense but dont you think that females will get uglier, with more bone mass and musciline features, and we would end up in the same place

I'd say if they had greater bone mass then yes, but masculine features not really - it depends on the gender of the offspring too (I think).
