Venting I wish I was so good at lucid dreaming that not only could I enter them with ease, I can live what feels like 100 years in a single night’s rest

That way I can actually live an entire life with love every night

insomniac cels on suicide watch

Is it a learnable skill?

That shit would be way too exhausting for me personally.

I honestly don’t know, I read somewhere (don’t remember where) that someone claimed to have had a lucid dream that felt like it lasted an entire century. Idk if such a thing is possible tho since not only would you have to not have the dream interrupted at any point, but time in dreams would have to be (or at least can be slowed down to be) much, much slower than time in reality which I don’t know is even possible

I had a brutal dream today of having a gf again. Had some before but this was one was the most vivid one so far. Legit when i woke up in the middle of the night i had to unironically cry like that pepe dreaming meme... if my subconscious can already invoke this i can only imagine what the real deal would feel like :feelsrope:

Yes and a good cope
But the problem is that they’re very hard to keep going and you’re really only limited to picking and choosing what you see and have happen based on what you have seen, felt, and experienced IRL. So you can’t create an entirely new environment from scratch, you can only use what you have seen in both IRL in fiction. Same with people. Obviously if you have sex in a lucid dream, as a virgin it won’t feel like it would feel in reality. I’m not even sure if a virgin can even have sex in a lucid dream since he has never experienced it and has no frame of reference as to how it feels and such.

galantamine is supposed to help lucid dreaming.
but i've never tried it.

this can happen on psychs sometimes tbh.
Also, I think there are ways of inducing lucid dreaming, but not the time dialation.

I've been doing it for almost 2 years. Its hard, doesn't really feel like real life and you wake up as soon as you do anything weird. Sex is out of question. Its interesting tho.

How long do they feel

How long do they feel
A few minutes but up to an hour is possible. You can time-skip without even realizing it though. Your brain in Lucid dreams doesn't work like your awake self. You lack critical thinking, do not remember (at least not correctly) your real life life and might struggle to recall your goals. Stuff is fuzzy sometimes. Crazy things happen.

Sounds like they aren’t worth it

It really isn't worth is for sex, but it can be very fun. Sometimes my mind stays somewhat trippy for hours after I wake up. You can also ask your subconscious stuff.

I'm glad someone mentioned this because I'm pretty familiar with lucid dreaming. In order to get to the state you mentioned in your title, you would've had to practice for at least a decade. You can have a lot of fun though, it just takes a lot of commitment. Anybody can learn to lucid dream. Just keep a dream journal and search up methods to see what works for you.
