let's focus on the "involuntary" part of incel
to me, you are only not an incel if you can have sex based on your voluntarity, so if you want it, you can get it, in your own terms and conditions, hassle-free
in today's age this only applies to 7/8+ (more or less) men, because foids can choose freely, and that's the line between sexual lust and sexual indifference from women
if you have to do anything else that's not simply stating your will to have sex with a woman in order to have it, then your celibacy is involuntary, because it doesn't depend on your voluntarity but the conditions the foid will put to you, since you do not provoke lust in her, but she may see other benefits in giving you pity/"useful" sex
it's what i've personally always seen, men who are not sexually lustful for foids can be in relationships, but they will have to betabux, jestermax and even then the sex will be "earned" not freely given by the foid out of her own sexual desire
