When I see "incels" constantly posting shit like this i just think they are larps trying to "indirectly troll" the forum by posting depressing and demotivational shit. Because I can't believe that someone will take their limited free time and use it to spend hours searching for shit that upsets them, it doesn't make sense.
You could be watching a show you like, jerking off to porn, playing a video game, wealthmaxxing, etc. There is no reason to allot time in your day for masochism (looking for shit that makes you feel bad).
