Depends on where you live. I wouldn't use telegram for that though.

In Germany we have certain websites where you can check out official profiles from prostitutes and whore houses or whatever they are called.

I would just stay away from prostitute who have specific tattoos. Check out as many profiles as possible and check for tattoos. If the same tattoo can be seen on several foids I'd recommend to stay away from those as they are tied to pimps and maybe you won't even get to fuck but instead be robbed or worse.
