I'm bad at frontend too, used the same framework (react js) as you.

More of a backend guy myself.

Html and css is just trashy. Inconsistent as fuck and there's 999 different attributes just to do one thing

I highly suggest you look at free online resources before you pay for anything. Free code camp and w3schools are good places to stsrt
