is this the year of shit sequels? I honestly can’t understand how these directors are so talentless that they can’t make a decent sequel. The hardest part is building a story, a world and characters but that stuff has already been done and established by the first movie, all they have to do is follow it up.

I watched the film recently too and it wasn't the worst production to be conceived, however the acting felt mediocre and the story uninspired. I never watched the first film so I have nothing to compare it too.
