Can't you just try to swim breaststroke in shallow water?

It really doesn't require any motor skills, the only factor is how fearful of it you are.

Nowadays, I'm too insecure to be shirtless outside kek. It's over. Should have learnt earlier. And yes, I'm still afraid of the water.
