Luckily someone told her they smelled marijuana from someone who had passed by the place I was at but even then she made me give her my drivers license so she could check my criminal record.

Bruh, you were allowed to leave lol. Just because a cop stops you doesn't mean you have to do everything they say. Just ask if you're detained, and if, what probable cause they have. Some guy said it smells like weed, that's it you could've left. A bit ago there was actually this case where a dude got arrested because he hung out with a friend that had weed on him. Dropped in court cuz it's not lawful.

If they really pulled that out of thin air, you gotta pull the classic "I'd like to speak to your supervisor" card. Usually pig's supervisors should clear it out, or they just get scared, realize they can't act like an egoistic control freak. Always stand up for urself against pigs, they're supposed to, expected and "trained" for protecting innocent civilian's rights, but it ain't like dat. If you let a pig, foid at that one too, prevent you from moving freely, no reason at all for suspicion, kinda ur fault tbh.
