Like the topic title says, I was jailed back in 2016. Why? I approached a local female while super drunk after working up the balls to approach females and I approached a local female and asked her to sit on my lap, I wasn’t forcing her, was only asking and she called the cops on me after I walked away when she said no so yeah, it’s very well over for many men, even asking a local to do something with you is ‘sexual harassment’ by law logic and female logic and society expects you to be fine with your position as a locally undesired male and the ridiculous thing is, men out there are literally travelling because they can’t get any sexual wise female touch in their own locality.

I was jailed for a few hours.

If you had to be drunk to approach then you didn't work up any courage at all, you were just drunk, also had you approached while not being drunk you probably wouldn't have been jailed, heck she probably wouldn't have called the police, I really don't like drunk people, especially drunk men, you just can't feel safe around them, their actions are too erratic and you don't know what they'll do next

Its very easy to see a drunk guy who a woman just called the police on as a "possible threat" so they kept you locked up for a while so you could cool down and come off of that high before you really did something they'd have to jail you for


2. I highly doubt you remember everything you said and did whilst drunk, you probably said and did a lot worse, probably groped her while asking her to get on your lap

There's so many factors here, she could have been like 5ft and you are 6ft something, if I washer I'd be expecting you'd try to rape me due to being drugged up (no inhibitions), so no wonder she called the police

Breathing the same air as foids count as sexual harassment to them these days while most guys can barely can get anyone to mention their appearance in a positive light. If it was the other way around but she did the same thing to a male, she wouldn't have even be given a warning. Just a laugh and a holler to get home safely.

I was her study buddy and we sort of had an argument at some point and then we both went to a social event and when she left I walked next to her asking her questions until we reached her car. Half a year later she reported me. But it's quite a long story, in the end we agreed with the dean it was a misunderstanding, but she didn't want to have contact with me anymore.

It's still terrible though, the look the dean gives you when she uses the word "stalking", and now there is a permanent note of this in the student system as well. I was so nervous of going in to that conversation. She also turned everyone against me so everyone turned on me and gave me cold looks. Basically excluding me even more than I already was.

Even the only female friend I had gave me weird looks suddenly. But nobody who asked me for my side of the story. So much for loyality.
