By standing up for yourself, I do not mean getting into a physical altercation nor even a verbal one. Simply stating your boundaries instead of being meek and just absorbing all of the abuse.

Once it was so loud that a teacher turned her head, depsite the fact that they were sitting like 7 meters away.
