TLDR: group was trying to get me to take a vaccine appointment for COVID-19 from them but gave me false promises and a disappointing conversation and I took a Uber home and realize I’m not so numb yet to social promises
A group of college students women and men 5 total all normie-chadlite/stacylite asked me if I was vaccinated today while I was walking on the campus with my mask on to get somewhere I was wearing a Ralph Lauren wool overcoat so I looked like a graduate student and I told them no. They like kept asking me if I planned on doing so and I said “maybeee” I emphasized on the e’s to see If they can convince me to get it . They kept going on about how my state is near 70% vaccinated with one person above the age of 4 with one dose… and they have events planned via hybrid schedule open to the public and I can be involved and it’s my responsibility to get vaccinated for things to be normal.
I had COVID-19 already so getting the vaccine wouldn’t greatly affect me as much and I was to get the vaccine i would target it with my diet to eliminate rumored “spike proteins” like a responsible adult . I wanted to say this to them so bad but I told them im on the fence and they told me they can get me an appointment and gave me some sort of contact information to their organization (not personal info) and smiled as I walked away.
Are they trying to make me feel like I’m missing out on not getting the vaccine when there’s no incentive for me and no guarantee social life turnout for me. Where’s that networking 101 stuff they learned they approached me and talked to me for 15-23 minutes about life and none of them didn’t give me a personal social media profile or number. Why are normies such gaslighters and full of false promises ? from tiktok to Irl can’t even close out a conversation with someone alone that they approached.
