I was afraid of myself when I saw my reflection today

Anyone ever having a decent day until a reflective surface sneaks up on them? I saw my reflection on a window today, it was monstrous. I looked like an ogre, my hair was a tangled nightmare, and my gymcelled body just added to the effect. And I sometimes think I look decent in a mirror, but seeing a random reflection from a random reflection is the worst, same with opening the front phone camera.

Funny enough, a woman today walked into my store and when I greeted her she jumped and screamed a bit.

I was feeling really under the weather anyways today and I left work early.
