I will attend as well. We will train for at least 2 hours. If you faint before we hit the 2 hour mark you will be killed off and your head will be imapled on a javelin. Same rule applies to everyone. If I faint myself I have to kill me as well. It will be hard to impale my head on a javelin tho'.

I'm at the gym 3-4 times a week. Training hard af since a year and I'm still weak as a average foid. I can't even lift, bro.

As soon as I entered the gym I shoulder slapped a female. She wanted to dodge me, but I walked in the same direction as she did just to walk into her.

Later on I was doing deadlifts. A female came along to do some squats. After she was finished, she wanted to do some deadlifts as well. She added 10kg to each side. Then I came up to add some additional weight to it on one side. I told her she needs to do the same thing on the other side as well.

I told her that she needs to be stronger than that, I pointed to my barbell. She then told me I am a man. I just replied with, but what about feminism? You can do that.
She just nodded her head kinda.

I talked some gibberish later on, after she was done with that exercise. I asked her, is that all? You have to do deadliftsts at least for 1 hour. Show me your hands, I commanded while I showed her my hands. She was shocked.
She said, she does not want to experience any kind of disc prolapse. I countered with that it is normal to destroy your spinal disc.
She ask me if I am serious and I replied with just ''yes.''. She nodded most of the time, because she does not know how to response.
Later on she just ask me some question regarding to what I am doing in the gym, what exercise I do.
After all that she headed towards a new exercise somewhere else, but then she came back to do some other leg workout.

I also changed the weight on a reverse butterfly, while a female has occupied that place.

Yeah, my body got wider. But strength? I started bench pressing with 5 up to 10 KG on each side and didn't progress at all. I got better at abdominal machine throughout the time, that's pretty much it. In the gym I do good for the first 30 minutes I guess, until I get tired all the time and cope another 30 minutes to fill a hour at least. For a 26 year old man, I'm too weak. I see a lot of women doing better than me.

I train pretty much all body parts which is why I got a little more thick. But I actually don't do deadlifts. I also split Cardio and legs with strength upper body training. I eat a lot of Pasta and salad. I cannot eat eggs too much because of milk protein allergy.

Seems ok to me. Perhaps even cut out cardio or doing cardio in the end, while you are completely wasted.

Do you consume creatine monohydrate, arginine, vitamin D3 or vitamin B12?
