My dad recently took out a 100k loan. When i asked him what he will use it for he said he wants to enjoy life more via vacations, buy a new house/car etc. Then when i asked him how he will pay it back he says he has 30 years to pay it back but the reason he took out 100k is cause he knows he wont live 30 years in time to pay it back and wants me and my siblings to take the the bill when hes dead.

This man cant be fucking serious with leaving his bill to us when he dies. Sometimes i think he had us to write us off in his tax forms/get more welfare from thr government. He will leave me with no inheritance or even a house but will leave me with a bill for his boomer adventures. This shit makes me wanna kill him or myself. I know this isnt inceldom related but this shit just describes the different reality boomers live in where they get to have all the fun with non consequences like a foid. Hes already been a godawful drunkard father who taught me nothing in life so this is his final fuck you

In Western law (I assume you live in a country that has that kind of legal system), there is no way to make your heirs liable for your debts. Sure enough the creditors will wipe out whatever is left of your dad's assets before you can inherit. But you will not have to pay a dime out of your own pocket. Your asshole dad is just saying that to toy with you
