I want to isekai into a medieval fantasy nature world with deer and wolf girls

I’ve just created my own imaginary world like this with its own characters, lore, settings, etc. This one involves me falling through a portal deep in the woods in real life, and the portal transfers me into this better world and I also lose this body and my consciousness is transferred into a taller and more attractive male body, I wake up in a mythical forest and a deer girl spots me not too long after.

I have a lot of fictional worlds I’ve made over the years each with their own lore that could be books long probably, is this a trait of autism?

Loosing your Current Thoughts / Conscious would suck . You could Abuse the to a Ridiculous Degree if you could Cast Magic Let alone have Mind Altering Abilitys .
