I want to get my teeth straightened but that might mess up my jaw technique

I have an overbite and when I adjust my bottom teeth to fit in with the top one I can fake a chadlite (it hurts) chin (it makes my cheeks a bit puffy). Is there a way I can just get my teeth fixed and keep my jaw?

BSSO and maybe SARME jaw widening surgery. Do you have a real overbite or are you lower teeth crooked because your mandible is to small and its growth was blocked by a small maxillary? In that case you'd need lefort I or II and SARPE to enlarge the maxillary and afterwards BSSO and SARME.

You could get chin wings, jawline implants or genioplasty as well.

If you have an elongated or protruding midface (a maxillary that is really to big), you need lefort I/II to shrink / shorten it.
