You claim to be blackpilled and still want to "get" women for incels? Like it's that easy. We've had men-only spaces for decades (think love-shy.com in 2003) and we haven't had a problem with the lack of women, so what would be different about it irl? The best case scenario I can think of in regards to having women on campus is prostitutes. Imagine if we have a dedicated incel brothel.Essentially these types of spaces are good but you want to eventually have women come to them.

Simple. It's mainly a rental community but with attached services. For example, a cafeteria where everyone gets breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks. Economies of scale would be cheaper than everyone buying and cooking food individually even after you pay for the cooking services. A "bar" can be like the ones in social lodges - everyone pays for their own drinks but at cost (e.g. buying a huge crate of beers can come out to jus $1 a beer but instead of profiting off it by charging $5+tip we actually sell it for $1. Video game rooms, a gym, etc is also very reasonable. Additionally, we can have a maid service which again like the cafeteria - economies of scale could make it much cheaper than hiring a maid yourself. I also like the idea of specialty interest clubs - e.g. a club for brocels to play board games together or a club to discuss certain topics etc.
