Its hard to when I see my spearchucking father being an untermensch and comparing black stereotypes about violence. I don't wanna be racist but I feel like I have to in order to protect myself.

The Duality of Man.
I want to be racist because based on personal experience I believe that blacks are very violent( my parents are a great example). I also don't wanna be racist because thus line of thought affects my mental health and self esteem.

Nobody says you must hate and mistreat other races, while thinking you're superior to everyone outside of your race. Every race of man has their strengths and weaknesses. As long as you're aware of this and honest about it, you're fine. The problem isn't necessarily you and how you're thinking about this.
Before the age of political correctness and clown world liberalism, race realism was something obvious that every nation and group of people in the world acknowledged and was aware of. You would see in historical accounts of scientists, explorers, and leaders how other races and ethnic groups were described. Descriptions of groups of people from a nation or a tribe were typically very matter of fact, both positive and negative.
The default state of people is not to be "racist" against another, different group of people. The default is to be cautious. The caution comes from the self-preservation instinct scaled to the group level. Following caution is curiosity. I use quotes for racism, because the default state of caution is not inherently racist, but is according to the modern day, liberal (read: pozzed) conception of it.
Racism is when you hate another group irrationally and/or think your own race is superior to all others. For example, both the KKK and Jews are racist for the exact same reason: they both believe their own race to be superior to every other race. One for nationalistic reasons in American history, the other for religious and historical reasons that have influenced the culture of tribalism among them.

Anytime I have racists thoughts about blacks I feel like I associate with them. I really hate thatm it makes me feel like I am a loser to them,
I think I am pretty smart. Does doing okay in calculus 1 and calculus 2 count as smart?
I have self control on my emotion( my fathers presence irritates me, his brain isn't developed enough to have self control, subhuman)

I feel really worried about my safety anytime I am around my parents, my father sometimes threatens me with physical violence.
