Idk dude how about you think for yourself what you want in life and how you are planning on getting it? We aren't going to hold your hand in all steps of your life.

Video games are definitely not good but tbh neither it is watching films, series, etc. just cope however you want as long as doing it doesn't destroy your life or limits your growth, at least that's my 2 cents.
